Intermittent Fasting Resources
Before the competition I was all excited to eat a bunch junk food that I had been craving, but once the competition was done, junk food was the last thing that I wanted.
For the last week I have allowed myself to eat what ever I wanted (which still isnt all that bad compared to my standards of the past-except for the cheesecake I had the other night
whenever I wanted and Im not sleeping aswell and feel like crap, so I’m back to intermittent fasting and healthy eating.
But I have been getting a lot of questions around how intermittent fasting works (which I openly admit that I dont completly understand, but for me it does seem to work) so I have posted a few links to excellent resources on the topic:
