		<description>The only time I have to work out is in the morning before i go to work. I
 have a 2 year old son and i drop him off at daycare early to go work 
out because at night it becomes too late and no babysitter.</description>

		<description>great meeting you at dot com pho yesterday!  this is a great post, i will try to incorporate 2 and 3 into my routine.  i often meet with a friend for weight training and chat quite a bit - i guess maybe that&#039;s not so productive?
