So… as most of you know I went down to Reno for Robb Wolfs nutrition cert. It was AMAZINGLY informative and cleared several things up in my mind which I am going to attempt to pass on to you over the course of the holidays.
Topics will including:

(2) Facts about Insulin
(3) Danger of Diet Pop
(4) Dairy-expansion on the whole milk debate
(5) Whey-waist of money
(6) Gluten-avoid at all costs
(7) Cholesterol & Saturated fats
(8) Omega 3-flax doesn’t count
While I’m in Mexico (I leave this Saturday
, I will also be writing an article on the macro/micro nutrient war that Robb Wolf is going to publish so stay tuned for that!
But for today I’ll leave you with the starting point: Eat Meat, veggies, nuts & Seeds little starch no sugar (in that order) (sound familiar?
• Hunk of meat with every meal to stabilize insulin levels.
• Add refinements such as eating grass fed meat and removing processed foods over time
• Start with breakfast, then change lunch, then dinner (3 week process), get all other crap out of your house
