		<description>yup.  love the posts for ideas too.  I haven&#039;t yet noticed a change in my body, however, doing the challenge has definitely helped me come up with new ways to eat greens more often and actually enjoy it.</description>

		<description>hope all is well!  doing ok so far.  though, i admit i had a taste of some killer cucumber and dill dip.  but just a smidge!  awww man...i already failed the challenge.  but i did notice that i&#039;ve shaved off an inch in major measurement areas already.  wEirD.  funny how much carbs screw with ya!  frickin&#039; water weight, man.</description>

I like reading these posts for ideas. I LOVE the mini cucumber with turkey wrapped around it. I squirt some mustard on there too, and it&#039;s delicious :)
