Sorry for the lack of posts of late, but I have been busy training, rehabbing injuries and …. helping Popeye open up his new Crossfit Optimum Performance Training Center on Cambie & 4th-across the street from the skytrain station in a character building with showers and plenty of brand new equipment!
Programming will follow along the lines of Optimum Performance Training and combine elements to develop cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Class times will be as follows: mon/tues/wed/thurs 6am/8am/12pm/5pm/6pm/7pm with saturday being open olifting for crossfiters from 9-12. I will also be running an olympic weightlifting team through the facility Tuesday and Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
If you know any newbies who want to start up, we are going to run an on ramp class at 7am starting January 5th for an introductory rate of 360 for 12 sessions.
