		<description>Nothing wrong with air squats, Im talking about not doing weighted squats.  Im coming from the olifting world of doing 4 sets of 4 105kg squats a couple times a week.  Any sort of weighted squats flat out hurts my back which means dont do them :).  What happens is all the ligaments and tendons relax and stretch in preparation for birth and you just dont have the tension at the bottom.</description>

		<description>Kelly - congratulations!  I crossfit out in Langley and am too pregnant with my first.  A little further along then you - I am just over 26 weeks.  I am curious as to why you are not squatting anymore?  It&#039;s one of the most natural movements and also recommended when dealing with contractions during labour.  I have had many women tell me not to squat but my doctor and others whose opinions I value more have told me otherwise.  Anyways just wondering.
