Everyone has most likely read Robb Wolfs book – The Paleo Solution – by now, and to no surprise to anyone who has, it became a New York Times best seller. Well I just received an advanced copy of Sarah Fragosos latest cookbook/lifestyle guide – Everyday Paleo – and it has the potential to be just as successful.
This pretty much sums up the tone of the book:
“I am not a scientist, but a realist, and what was more convincing for me than any research or scientific data was my own experiment with eating paleo.”
She is a mom (of 3 boys!), a wife (who supported her husband through chiropractic school and helped him build his practice), a coach (at Norcal), and an athlete and is recommending a lifestyle that she personally lives by. No excuses. It can be done. She is living proof and lays it out in an easy to read well written book with lots of pictures!
She talks about aspects of raising a Paleo family, feeding kids Paleo and Paleo in school. She provides an exercise plan that you can follow without even going to a gym in the comfort of your own home. And my favorite part is almost 200 pages of detailed paelo recipes with gorgeous pictures that make you want to run down to the grocery store and pick up all the ingredients to try the recipes for yourself.
I am leaving for Costa Rica in 2 days, but when I return I will be sure to post some of my favorite recipes from the book.
I believe April 25th is the launch date, so be sure to check it out on Amazon then!
